How do I know if an RSS product fits my vehicle?
Product compatibility varies by vehicle model, year, engine and specification. Please check the fitment information shown on the product page and contact us before ordering if you are unsure. We strongly recommend confirming fitment before placing your order.
Do you only sell products for the vehicles listed online?
Our online store covers many available applications, but not every fitment or product may be listed. If you cannot find what you need, please contact us with your vehicle make, model, year and engine details.
Do you provide installation?
RSS Tuning operates from a real performance tuning and installation environment in Hong Kong. Installation availability depends on your location and product. For international customers, we generally recommend installation by a qualified professional workshop.
Do your products require professional installation?
Many performance products should be installed by an experienced automotive technician or specialist workshop. Correct installation is particularly important for performance, cooling, exhaust, turbo and related systems.
Orders & Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We support customers and dealers in international markets.
How much is shipping for B2C orders?
For retail / B2C customers, available shipping options and charges are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.
How does B2B / dealer shipping work?
B2B, dealer and distributor orders are handled separately. Please contact us for trade pricing, shipping quotations and delivery arrangements.
Will I receive tracking information?
Where tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
Are customs duties or import taxes included?
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Requirements vary by market. Please contact us if you require clarification before placing an order.

Is there a minimum dealer order?
No. You can start with just one eligible product.
What is the standard dealer discount?
Eligible dealers can receive 15% off the current RSS online retail price on eligible hardware products.
What is the first-order dealer offer?
A first mixed order of US$2,000 or above in eligible hardware products can receive 20% off the current RSS online retail price.
Can I mix different products in my first order?
Yes. Eligible products and SKUs can be mixed to build your opening order around the vehicles and customers you already serve.
Does RSS provide marketing support to dealers?
Yes. We have an extensive library of product photography, promotional videos, workshop content and technical information that can support your local sales and marketing.
