Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through RSS Tuning and our online store. By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Products & Product Information
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, pricing and fitment information. Automotive products may vary in compatibility depending on vehicle model, year, engine, specification and modifications already fitted to the vehicle. Customers are responsible for checking product suitability before installation. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact RSS Tuning before ordering.
2. Pricing
Retail prices are displayed on our website. Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time. B2B, dealer and distributor pricing is subject to separate trade terms and confirmation by RSS Tuning.
3. Dealer / B2B Terms
Eligible dealers may purchase selected hardware products at trade pricing.
Standard Dealer Pricing: 15% off the current RSS online retail price on eligible hardware products.
First Order Offer: 20% off the current RSS online retail price for a first mixed order of US$2,000 or above in eligible hardware products.
There is no general minimum order requirement, and dealers may start with one eligible product. Eligible products and SKUs may be mixed where applicable. Product eligibility, stock availability, final pricing, shipping and other commercial arrangements are confirmed at quotation or order confirmation. Dealer terms may be reviewed or updated by RSS Tuning from time to time.
4. Orders & Payment
An order is subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to contact you if additional information is required to confirm product compatibility, delivery arrangements or other order details. Payment must be completed using the payment methods made available at checkout or otherwise agreed with RSS Tuning for B2B orders.
5. Shipping
For B2C / retail orders, available shipping methods and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. B2B, dealer and distributor shipping is arranged separately. Please contact RSS Tuning for a shipping quotation and delivery arrangements. International deliveries may be subject to customs clearance, import duties, taxes or other local charges.
6. Vehicle Fitment
Customers must ensure that the product ordered is suitable for their vehicle. Where required, please provide your vehicle make, model, year, engine and other relevant specifications before ordering. Vehicle modifications already installed may affect product compatibility.
7. Installation
Performance automotive products should be installed correctly and, where appropriate, by a qualified automotive technician or professional workshop. Incorrect installation, incorrect application, unauthorised modification or misuse may affect product performance, safety and any applicable product support.
8. Motorsport & Performance Products
Certain RSS products are designed to modify or improve vehicle performance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, installation and use of a product complies with applicable laws, road regulations, emissions requirements and vehicle inspection requirements in their own country or region.
9. Product Images & Specifications
Product images are provided for reference. We aim to represent our products accurately; however, minor production updates, packaging changes or specification revisions may occur where they do not materially change the intended function of the product.
10. Returns, Product Issues & Support
If you experience an issue with an order or product, please contact RSS Tuning as soon as possible with your order details and relevant information. Eligibility for return, replacement or other resolution will depend on the circumstances of the order, product condition, installation status and any applicable consumer rights. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
11. Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RSS Tuning is not responsible for loss or damage resulting from incorrect installation, misuse, incompatible vehicle applications, unauthorised modification or use of a product contrary to applicable laws or regulations. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
12. Intellectual Property
Website content, product photography, videos, graphics, branding and other RSS Tuning materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission. Approved RSS dealers may receive separate permission to use selected RSS marketing materials for authorised promotion of RSS products.
13. Changes to These Terms
RSS Tuning may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, commercial arrangements or applicable requirements. The version displayed on our website at the time of purchase will apply to that order, subject to applicable law.
